[2020] Haven't been given theoption to download after receiving the drop on twitch

I have received the drop on twitch after having linked my twitch account to my uplay, however instead of installing like its apparently supposed to when i click the tab on uplay, it instead takes me to the register page and asks me to link everything again. But of course that doesn't work, as the accounts are aready linked.

My twitch says that i have been given the drop, however my uplay does not say i have any drops, and i have not received an email telling me that i have the drop either, so im not really sure what to do?

Any help would be appreciated

Welcome to the forums, WuvMe! I apologize for the continued confusion caused by this issue. In order to access the game, you'll need to click on the 'news' tab within the Uplay client. From there, you'll want to click on the Hyper Scape banner near the top. Once you've done that, you'll see an option that says 'Start Playing', which will then prompt you to download the game. I hope this information helps!

As it was just a technical test for infrastructure, it was decided to limit it to these major areas. You should be able to join the game upon full release, though. We look forward to you joining the rest of the contenders in Neo Arcadia soon!
