I purchased the regular premium battle pass but didnt know the hyperpass option had exclusive content. It is not advertised as such and I wanted to know if it was still possible to purchase it after the fact.

Unfortunately it is not possible to upgrade the Battle Pass from Premium to Hyper to get the exclusive cosmetics afterwards.
