So the first day when the game launched i had no lag at all. After the patch with the solo stuff i started to get crazy stuttering ingame. I do not get this in training or when you're waiting for the match to start, only while i'm in an actual game. My specs should not be a problem and the problem persists on everything on lowest setting. (rx 5700 xt and i7 6800)

From what i've heard many people experience this since the latest patch. But i'm wondering if anyone has found a fix for it yet or if i just need to wait until they patch it.

Things i've tried.

- update graphics drivers

- reinstall uplay and hyperscape

- checking disable full screen optimization and override high DPI scaling behavior.

- Everything on lowest setting

- Run as admin

I'm very sorry to hear that, PerkyPerkz! Do you experience this lag at any particular point in the game or just all the time?

Hey PerkyPerkz! I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing lag and stuttering in Hyper Scape. Thank you for listing everything you've tried on your own to remedy this problem! Can you please go through the other steps listed here -- such as verifying the game's files and disabling your background applications? Thank you!

Thank you for that information! Do you happen to have the Action! program installed? I ask because this appears to have caused problems for some of our other players. Also, if you're able to grab a video of these stutters I'd be more than happy to report it to the team for you!

Thank you so much for that video, PerkyPerkz! I greatly appreciate it! Since xRyanB and Seathasky are experiencing the same problem as you, I'd like for you all to try performing a clean boot. This will help check if there are any programs that could be interfering with the game! It'd also be helpful to install the game again during this process. Then, if that doesn't help, please reply with the following:

- What version of Windows are you using?
- What graphics card/video driver are you using?
- Do you have both the game and the Uplay PC Launcher on the same hard drive?
- Have you tried all of these PC troubleshooting steps?
(Though I understand you have included a couple of these details in your original separate comments, listing them out once again would allow for a more compiled and organized report. )

Thank you!

Seathasky: Thanks for that update, Seathasky! Since the test is now over, can you recall if you were running the game at the in game recommended settings or higher?
