[2020] game unplayable with this lagg problems region

hey i am from Egypt i am trying to play the game but my latency is yellow all the time can't aim on enemy in fight always most of my shot 0 damage i just want to ask is the game have EU servers or no ? cause IDK how to cheek servers in the game ATM i even don't know how many servers the game have there is even no option to chose your region so i guess cause the game is still new might don't have this options yet but please focus on this cause not only me having this problem a lot of players can't play the game like this

hey i guess i found my lagg cause from OneDrive update on win10 but that is weird cause every time i start the game i get this onedrive ekshaderspcvkinrn_cache.bin uploading this file why every time WHY ?
