Hello.

I'm writing to you because I have a problem. When I run the game it initializes, ok, but then I get an error window. (I couldn't find how to insert an image so I'm sending you its content)

No compatible driver/hardware found [Vulkan] No device available

I've tried to update the drivers but nothing. I compared the minimum configuration and mine is better. You wouldn't happen to know what I can do? I want to play the game too much, but I can't...

Can you please specify what graphics card you are using? The graphics card needs to support Vulkan and have the drivers fully up to date.

Hey everyone. I apologize for this inconvenience! If you're receiving any Vulkan errors still, please refer to this sticky post. Then, if you're still having some trouble, these troubleshooting steps would also be beneficial to go through! You can also try performing a clean boot, as this will identify if there are any background applications or programs that could be interfering with the game.
