[2020] [Crash/Freeze]Game won't launch

I have been trying for over 2 hours now to install Hyper Scape, I go to the website and click play now, it opens UPlay and just stays on initializing.
I have reinstalled Uplay, restarted my PC, and I am still having this issue. PLEASE HELP!

Welcome to the forums and thank you for reporting this error, Floatsy! I apologize for any frustration caused while you've tried to troubleshoot this issue. Please complete a fresh installation of the Uplay client to see if that helps. I'd also recommend making sure you've completed the steps listed in this article.
