Once you have earned the Twitch Drop simply open Uplay and click on the Hyper Scape news banner.

MODEE_BEAST, if you received the Twitch Drop, you should be able to see a Hyper Scape banner in Uplay. If you don't, please let me know what country you're playing in!

I have been in touch with the Hyper Scape team for you both.

They advise to contact Ubisoft Support directly so we can review your account and determine eligibility. If there is an issue, this will also help us resolve it for all other players.

The common denominator here is that you both already had your accounts linked and Twitch Drops possibly already enabled.

1. Unlink Twitch account from your Account Management page
2. Link Twitch account on the Twitch Drops Page

that was the same way i set it up originally. the ubisoft twitch drop website is saying "your twitch drops has been activated" and the twitch drop still hasn't shown up in there even after reloading the page and waiting for a few minutes .

Please now check Uplay to see if you can see a Hyper Scape banner to click on and activate your access.
