Hey, i love this game but i really cant play like this... I dont understand much about pcs so i don't know if my game is supposed to run well...

Intel Core i-7 8750H 2.20GHZ
8GB RAM
NVIDIA GTX 1050
WINDOWS 10

Is this good enough to run Hyper Scape smoothly with the lowest settings? If it is someone knows how to fix my problem with fps drops? And i did everything that was on the Hyper Scape troubleshooting etc to try fix it, lots of times...

Hello there Monffy! Welcome to the forums!

Thanks for already trying some troubleshooting steps! Did you try running a clean boot? We've found that sometimes background applications can conflict with the game files and cause performance issues. Running a clean boot can help to find programmes that can cause this.

If the issue still persists, could you please open a support case and attach an MSinfo and a DxDiag to your case? This will allow us to take a closer look at your system. Once you've done this, please let us know the case number so we can take a clsoer look. Thanks!

Thanks for letting us know! Please make sure you include what troubleshooting steps you have already tried when opening a case, as this will help us to help you quicker!

Once you've opened the support case, please send us the case number so we can take a look. Thanks!

Thank you for sharing that with me!

I can see that you've been in contact with one of my colleagues, and that changing your GPU to the dedicated graphics card, installing clean drivers and disabling background programmes has helped.

Please note that laptops are not fully supported systems, and I'm afraid there is no guarantee that the game will work correctly on your system. This being said, I'm happy to offer some troubleshooting steps after looking at your new system files.

I've looked at your DxDiag, and I noticed that your User and System DPI setting is at 125%. I recommend resetting this to 100%.

After checking your MSinfo, I can see that there are a lot of crashes involving RAVBg64.exe, which is part of part of the Realtek audio system. I would recommend performing a clean installation of your Realtek drivers, ensuring they are fully up-to-date.

Could you let us know if these steps help with your FPS? If you are still encountering a low frame rate, I recommend updating your case with any additional troubleshooting you have tried, as well as uploading new system files so we can see how these steps affected your system.

Thanks for the update Monffy and I'm glad that situation improved .

If you would like us to look into it further for you and see if we can make it even better, can I ask you to visit our support website, login to your Ubisoft account and select 'Contact Customer Support'. Once redirected, you will be asked to provide information regarding your issue and we will need you to attach your system files (DxDiag and MsInfo), that will allow us to get a better insight on your system and offer further troubleshooting.
