I have checked your account and can see the game is there. You can head over to UPLAY and click on the Hyper Scape news banner to activate your access.

Hi eXaml__Reaper! I am seeing the drop has been redeemed and Hyper Scape is in your library. Can you please try restarting the client and possibly running the client as an administrator to see if that helps?
