[2020] Brazilian players being placed in NA server (solo mode only)

Hey justKohler, I apologise that we didn't get back to you sooner. Were you able to resolve this issue, and play on the correct SA servers before the Open Beta finished?

If not, could you please tell me what steps you performed to try and improve your connectivity? Did you find and run through our connectivity troubleshooting guide for instance?

The devs asked us to gather the following information to aid in their investigation after Keo passed forward the reports from this thread:

- Did you play solo, or in a squad?
- If playing in a squad, did you make sure that the squad leader was in the same region as you?
- After changing the region in the GameSettigns, did you make sure to make the folder read-only?
- Did you check with your ISP for any possible outages?
- Can you confirm your exact location (i.e. your city/state) that you were playing from?

Any information provided would be gratefully received.
