1366x768 resolution (Video resolution = High) | Notebook | 60 fps and Ultra, Full screen mode | Disable motion is unchecked
Dropping video resolution to low medium will probably resolve you. I believe this is likely graphics performance related - so changing various graphics settings is the best you'll be able to do in 2.3.
Video resolution to low medium will be 720p 30fps for these cinematics instead of 1080p 60fps. Adjusting that will only affect these new level ups, Aphelios, and Trundle. Changing baseline graphics settings will affect a lot more but also probably solve it.
I can't promise an exact timeline for a better answer, but we're actively looking at ways to make these play more consistently across a wider range of devices.

So the rate which we earn the disc currency isn’t disclosed basically, but just play and they will come.
In addition to the one time quests you'll get during the event you have the RISE UP (REPEATABLE) Quest that awards 3 discs each time (for 3 pvp wins or 6 AI wins), plus the daily first PvP win bonus you can see at the top your quest list.
SHURIMAN EXPEDITION is the bonus quest you'll see.
So how do we earn the 270 sun discs to buy more stuff In premium rewards? And does the 10 disc quest drop later? Thanks
Win games and complete event quests during the event. There will be new event quests throughout the event.
If you purchase the pass in the first two weeks of the event, the bonus quest for 10 discs will be added to your quest list automatically.
