What about cards like captain farron? I have the prismatic decimate but the decimates that captain farron creates are not prismatic.
That's working as intended.
Cards that are created by other cards are Prismatic if the creating card is.
If you had a Prismatic Farron, the Decimates he creates would be Prismatic even if your normal Decimates were not.

Update: So this isn't a bug, per se. The way it works is Concurrent Timelines isn't creating the new cards. It grants an ability to your Nexus, and then your Nexus later creates cards when you summon units. Since your Nexus has no concept of it's abilities being Prismatic or not, the cards it creates are not Prismatic.
We can look into creating a concept for the Nexus to know which of it's abilities are "Prismatic", and therefore have created cards come out Prismatic.

I think saying TF/Fizz is the "only thing now" is not accurate. Mobalytics data on the deck reports the deck at less than 10% of the meta and doesn't have an extremely high win rate.
