Sealed Rune drops are 80% for all level 60+ raid bosses and epic raid bosses. If the majority of damage on the raid comes from player(s) who are 3 levels or higher, then the drop penalty will come into effect. At 3 Levels higher, the drop now becomes 65% and it will continue to decrease by 15% for every level after.

The character was created the same day as the update and was not level 20 at the time of the Savior Hero's Pack items being inserted. 

This is an updated Known Issues thread. If you do not see an issue listed here, don't be alarmed. We are still working though and adding information to this thread. If you are still experiencing the resolved issues, be sure to restart your client and update via the launcher. Some issues may take longer to resolve as it may require a patch.

Known Issues:

• Daily Missions are missing for level 70+ and for new hunting zones/raids
• There are a handful of localization issues for the following items:
  • The item descriptions for the four Dragon Pendant Boxes in the store say that they give Pendant Varnish, but it is actually called Pendant Polish. The correct version is stated in the store description.
  • The item description for Shiny Pendant Varnish states it can only enchant Antharas/Valakas Pendants up to +8, but it is ...

It was an error in the patch notes. It will be corrected shortly. The scroll is the 100 million XP ticket that you mentioned.
