Hello everyone,

As informed earlier, we will properly reward all affected players who have not received the Adena Box from the first rounds of the Jenis Secret Shop event. Please see the details below:

Next week, during the maintenance, on 8/10, our team will be providing the following reward to all affected player's warehouses:

  • 1 Billion Adena

For players who won the prize more than one time, the Adena amount will be adjusted accordingly to match.

Furthermore, the issue where the box had the wrong name in-game has been fixed from saying 1 Billion Adena to 100 million Adena, and all boxes are being delivered normally, with the correct amount, after the fix on Thursday. However, for those who participated before the fix, we will honor the prize that had been communicated at that time.

I just wanted to let you all know that we will add the option to exchange the Soulshot Tickets on the Dimensional Merchant during this week's maintenance.

The removal time for the item will also be extended by one week.

Hello everyone,

We will be conducting an emergency maintenance today to fix the problems with the reward that is not being delivered to the player's inventory. However, this was not the only issue identified. Full details of the fix are below:

  • The 1 Billion Adena Box is an incorrect name for the item, which will be fixed to 100 Million Adena Box during today's maintenance. In addition, the event article will also be fixed to reflect the change.
  • There was an issue where the 2-Star Tier Adena Box was not delivered to the player's inventory. This issue will be fixed during today's maintenance.
  • Players who did not receive the Adena Box will be compensated accordingly during next week's maintenance. The details of the compensation will be shared in a separate post.
