Greetings Heroes of Arkesia,
Tonight we will be bringing all Lost Ark servers and regions down for an additional hotfix to address more of the outstanding issues with the November Update. This will take place on November 18th at 12:00 AM PT / 8:00 AM UTC / 9:00 AM CET, with the downtime lasting approximately 3 hours. Incoming changes are detailed below.
Hyper Express Event Epic Engraving Recipe All-in-One Chests
- Engraving Recipes will once again be usable.
- Excess unopened Epic Engraving Recipe All-in-One Chests that players have in their inventories from the Hyper Express Event will be reclaimed. Progress made from used Engraving recipes and recipes from opened chests will not be removed, as Epic Engraving Recipes do not have as much of an impact on the economy as other end-game items.
We would also like to take a moment to address the following topics:
“Rage with the Machinist” Special Event Missions
The Special Event Missions launched with September’s “Rage with the Machinist” Update incorrectly ended a week early with the release of the November 16th update. This event was scheduled to run until November 23rd, and we will be reactivating it with our weekly update next week. The event will then run for an additional week-long window between November 23rd and November 30th to give players the original amount of time to complete these events.
November Update Skins
Some players were confused by the skin selections available in the store following our November Update, and we wanted to provide clarity on this.
- The Arkesia’s Glory and Arkesia’s Honor skin sets will be released next week as a part of our Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale — stay tuned for more information!
- The Arkesia’s Will skin is only available as a part of the Combo Skin Pack, and we have confirmed that this is intended. This is to maintain its rarity in the game.
Ongoing Server Disconnects
We are aware that some players have been experiencing frequent and repeated disconnections from the game, which most often present as showing G0x9-SPELPWP1P2PT or W0x5-0PELPWP1P2PT errors. We are currently working through and testing a potential fix for this issue, and will let players know how this progresses.
Compensation
We know this week has had many frustrating and confusing moments, so we wanted to offer an additional compensation pack to thank players for their patience while we have worked through these issues. This compensation will be available to players following tonight’s hotfix, and can be collected from your Product Inventory.
