I think this is a well thought out piece of feedback, and I appreciate it. Content pacing is a unique challenge as we both work to close the gap with the Korean version of the game and not overwhelm new players, but the coming changes detailed in the Letter should assist new players even with the continued release of content. In terms of class release timing, Slayer was pulled forward due to its popularity and a unique opportunity to have Western players experience the newest class. For a situation like this, Slayer fans will be happy and Aeromancer fans will be upset, which makes sense.

All of that being said, please keep in mind the Letter was a very early communication focused in on the future plans for the direction of Lost Ark as a whole, not just specific pieces of content. Roadmaps and development plans take months to be worked out (including those mentioned in the letter that are still being created), so it will take some time before what was talked about is ready to ...

Ich kann die negative Stimmung nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Zu den Anmerkungen bzgl. EU West kann ich das durchaus verstehen, das wird aber nicht ignoriert, wie es von vielen hier vorgeworfen wird, sondern dazu gibt es momentan leider noch keine Updates.

Was, wie viele hier bereits angemerkt haben, auch an einem Rattenschwanz von Fragen und technischen Problemen liegt, die sich nicht so einfach beantworten lassen.

Ansonsten bin ich ein Fan von dem Brief, wir haben eine Menge geplant und uns jede Menge Feedback zu Herzen genommen, dass jetzt Schritt für Schritt umgesetzt werden muss.
Einige Dinge werden hier aber etwas zu harsch ausgelegt.

We are aware of the issue of low population on some servers and we’re currently looking into it.

Just a reminder that because something wasn’t addressed in the letter does it mean that we’re not also working on or looking into other topics.

I appreciate this feedback a lot, especially the points about battle items as I’ve had similar situations where I’m like oops, gotta sit and open some chests sorry team. Thanks for taking the time to share this!

We are very aware that this letter didn’t address every single concern that players have – it would be a massive document if that were the case. Just because something wasn’t touched on there it doesn’t mean that it is not relevant.

Verifying files might help too, helped another player.
