We are aware of the issue of low population on some servers and we’re currently looking into it.
Just a reminder that because something wasn’t addressed in the letter does it mean that we’re not also working on or looking into other topics.
I appreciate this feedback a lot, especially the points about battle items as I’ve had similar situations where I’m like oops, gotta sit and open some chests sorry team. Thanks for taking the time to share this!
We are very aware that this letter didn’t address every single concern that players have – it would be a massive document if that were the case. Just because something wasn’t touched on there it doesn’t mean that it is not relevant.
Verifying files might help too, helped another player.

Yeah, it’s definitely something that both teams are aware of and understanding of. Just switch the I/We sometimes when typing, but it’s nothing specific to read into. Apologies if that caused any additional stress!

This is still, and always has been a bannable offense. Third party programs can be caught by anti-cheat. I wouldn’t suggest using a DPS meter unless you’re okay with potentially losing your account.
I understand the concerns around the Europe West server and desire to get an update, but ultimately there is nothing additional I have to share at this time. Potential for region merges are still being investigated and worked on, but there is not an ETA or guarantee as to when this might be a possibility. When we get additional information we’ll share it as soon as possible.
No plans on changing the way it is attainable now unfortunately!! Apologies
