Appreciate the notice, if you guys don’t mind, could you list which server? What the queue is at? And if possible, how long it takes to get through the queue?

It is very much a number one priority. But its broken down into quite a few issues that the team is pulling apart.

… I’m not trying to bury anything. Not everything us CMs do are evil lol. I’m sorry, I just hid them for now to encourage people to post on the thread I created so I can track and update one thread instead of 17. As for listing anything… it doesn’t matter at this point. I just needed to narrow it down to which servers are having an issue, which I did (NAE) and that the store is just having a rough Saturday night. Everything is connected to that and is safe in limbo. If it does make people feel more comfortable to post their information, they are welcome and encouraged to post on my thread.

It’s only me right now, on a late Saturday night trying to juggling 20 convos at once. Please be understanding.

While the team is vast and multiple groups work on multiple things at once… we are all only humans too that have been working hard since before launch.

With that being said, every time an issue is brought up, it is added to a master list so sometimes things are prioritized a bit differently then what the community would want. AND with THAT being said… sometimes we just don’t have the answer or the fix as fast as anyone would like.

Everything you listed is a very important issue for me, for the team and I’ll remind them again to hopefully have things adjusted on the list or even some information on the situation but until then, I will continue to collect details and provide any messaging to you that I have.

I appreciate it! It’s hard to not want to lash out, even slightly, to someone that might have even the SMALLEST bit of control over something. Especially sitting in a long queue in a game you waited to play after a long week at work.

I’m fine with reminding those that I don’t have the final decision on anything but I am more than happy to make sure those that do are told what the community is concerned about.

Absolutely, 10000000000% bringing it up with the team again.

I brought it up last weekend and we wanted to see how things would adjust over the week. Now that queues are shooting up again and faster then last weekend, it will be number one on my list Monday.

Decisions change, we’re constantly learning and adapting. There is a long list of concerns we’re always working through.

As for believing anything that is said by a cheater is not the advice I would give to anyone in life.

It is a problem. We never said it wasn’t a problem. I don’t know how it couldn’t be a problem. But as I have no control over making decisions or even banning someone, I will do what I can and let the team know its a louder concern.

I’m sorry. I understand. It’s why I’m sometimes hesitant to comment on threads as it’s been a common theme… wanting CMs to have a definite response right away but we do have to go through the steps. We need to collect information (which is usually triggered by the post), present to the team, they do their thing and then result which the CMs then come back to you guys.

So, as mentioned, with this post triggering the conversation I will bring this to the team and have them realize its a bigger concern for the community.

We hate the queues too. We really do and we completely agree. The queues help no one. The team was alerted last weekend to how badly they were creeping up. The week gave us a slight breather but the queues have shot up again over the weekend. We will be prioritizing the issue and looking into it.
