I know it’s not the ideal time but no, it isn’t peak time yet. Or not the highest peak time, to be clearer.

Believe me, we don’t take downtime lightly, we do them only if we need them and we try to make them as short as possible. Hopefully it will take less than 120 minutes.

The restart and associated downtime are meant to solve by some technical issues currently affecting only Europe West that our team just discovered.

Why restarting the servers now? Basically we would like to avoid a restart during peak time or the weekend.

Nein, wie hier schon mehrfach wiederholt und erklärt, dienen die Klassenreleases vor allem dazu neue und alte Spieler zurück zu holen und zur Langlebigkeit des Spiels beizutragen.

We do listen and gather feedback, bringing it to both AGS and SG. But in the end its their decision and sometimes it doesn’t happen all that fast.

I always encourage people to speak up and let us know their thoughts.

Not sure there is much more to say but, yes, feedback will always be listened to but the final decision is up to both companies. Roxx did a great job going a bit deeper into detail, but a gentle reminder that she’s on your side and just trying to bridge the gap between company and player.
