Heroes of Arkesia,

Our team has been tracking issues with Haiger’s Manor and Rielvarr Ruins causing characters to be stuck in an endless loading screen. We have been able to reproduce this issue internally and are currently working to get a fix to resolve it. Due to the ease of recreating this problem, we will be locking down both Haiger’s Manor and Rielvarr Ruins from entrance to help prevent users from experiencing the endless loading screen. If you attempt to do either of these pieces of content, you will see an error similar to the screenshot below.

Hey everyone!

Thanks for all of the reports and info!

The team is still investigating, but if you are stuck and can’t seem to recover from the loading screen I have been instructed to direct you folks to reach out to our Support Team via webticket here. They have found some success manually getting folks unstuck, so please be patient and work with them while our team works to sort this issue out.

Our team is aware of a possible issue causing the long or never ending loading screens and are investigating now.

We appreciate all of the reports and how in depth folks are going for their reports. It helps us out a ton, so if you are having an issue giving as much information as possible makes the investigation process a lot easier and faster.

Action is taken against toxic players and these kinds of behaviors are definitely bannable, which is why reporting them is important. However, we do not take reports of toxic players here on the forums since my team does not handle in-game reports and can’t directly change player accounts – I’ve removed the screenshot in order not to spotlight this individual, but you can submit a report here:

Appreciate the feedback and conversation on this thread – just for any clarification, as far as I am aware this is not something that is likely to be reverted or further changed at the moment since it was part of the very large balance patch that the Smilegate team put in place, however it is always great to continue to hear what players think.
