Yup, I apologize that this was not an ideal experience for anyone – my handles were taken as well (even my Twitter @, which is a super bizarre name that I’m sure was taken intentionally) so I definitely understand the sentiment even if I cannot assist at this very moment

As player numbers continue to increase, we are in the process of opening an additional server in the EU region now.
While you may experience queue times on some servers as they begin to fill up, please be aware that there are servers in each region with no or low queue times that you can join if you want to get in-game and enter Arkesia more quickly!
Please be aware there are also servers available in each region that do not have current queues
