When we ask, we're trying to gauge what skin might be the most appreciated at the time for an event, or because we didn't really have a fun idea jump out at us right away.

Ideally, we'd like to give every Crusader a skin before we start doubling up, but we'll see how that plan works out.

Hi Halaberd85,

The Final Fantasy objective was based on a player request to let the Orcs, Elfs and Leprchauns have their time to shine, without the Animals or Humans getting in the way.

Since Dragons have the Animal tag, they aren't included on that one.

As noted in the opening post, our plans for post flash Crusaders are CNE Games, with a launcher coming soon, or through Steam, whichever platform of the two players prefer.

You can already link to either one.

While I can't complain about new content it's hard to really get excited about new objectives that reward rubies anymore. For the time one of these objectives take I'd have probably earned about the same number of golden chests in a normal run anyway.

I just wish there was something else to motivate me to do them or some other use for rubies as I appreciate the work that goes into adding these but find it hard to care anymore beyond new 11th objectives.

As noted in the blog, you'll want to be saving your rubies and jeweled chests.

Thanks for the welcome!

The dungeon coins will remain. It's just the dungeon points and season progress that get reset at the end of the season.

Welcome back to Crusaders!

You can read the blog to check out the highlights. Past 3 years would probably include some of the more interesting 11th objective rewards, Sprint mode, skins that change tags, and the Dungeons, of which season 1 ends soon, but season 2 is coming.

I think with Get Me Out of Here, we had an idea of what might work with the game, but it didn't really work in the end, which is why we made the change to it away from being a timed objective that we did last fall. Otherwise, it's just fun to see how players create formations and legendary set-ups to get around some of the weirder objectives we've done.

I'll add your vote to the item on the list about players changing their formations themselves, and we'll see what happens.

The CNE Games launcher would use your CNE Games log-in to sign into it, so it wouldn't interfere with Steam sharing.

The Dungeon shop will still be available from its button on the other shop dialogs while the dungeons are on break, so you'll still be able to buy that buff.
