For those of you who are joining us for the first time, I'm Erika, the Live Services Manager for Crusaders of the Lost Idols, and I will do my best to answer your Crusaders questions. This Q&A is so you know where to find one of the team to chat Crusaders weekly.
I will be answering questions live for the first hour and then checking back throughout the week.

I was wondering if we could have it that once we have filled the mission requirement slots to be able to sort the remaining crusaders to show the ones with runes that give them mission benefits.

Where do I donate to get the Desert bus crusaders?
The Desert Bus crusaders are only available for the week before Desert Bus starts their livestream, and until the livestream ends, which is already has. So they are no longer available this year.
We hope to partner with them again next year, so we'll see what happens then.
Can we have a way to specifically earn the epic trinkets? Even by sprinting a lot and gaining 100 epics in half a year it would take me 300 years to get 3000 sets. 20 for one set is just too much to get at this rate...
100 in half a year and 60000 needed means 60000/200 = 300.
The talent has immense potential to be very very good with a max of about e2k dps gain, but it's so hard to obtain (not even possible in 3 lifetimes) that is seen as useless and trinkets are often forgotten). Please add something to make them get another use (mainly a way to obtain more epics, about 10x more would not even be a good rate it would have to be x150 times the rate xD to get it to 2 years LMAO)
Event or weekend chests are probably a better source of epic trinkets, given they have two guaranteed trinkets in them, while in normal Jeweled chests the guaranteed 2 pieces of loot can be either 2 pieces of Crusader gear, 1 gear and 1 trinket, or 2 trinkets.
But giving out more Epic trinkets on their own could be a fun reward from somewhere. I'll add your vote, and math, to the item on the suggestion list to consider.

I'm glad you're enjoying Crusaders. I'll pass it along to the game.
The game launcher comes bundled with Adobe Air, so that should be all you need to run the game.
Did you see my crusader idea? If so, what are the chances that something like this gets added?
If you don't already have plans, I could see this being a Christmas sader, with a theme of gifts.

We want players to build formations, so having a Crusader that is solely focused on being on the bench and not sent on a mission probably isn't something we'll be adding to the game.
It seems to me that this is a very vague wording. Because the further from the year of origin of the crusader, the less desire to do it. New crusaders, new problems.
Okay, I'll wait with Victor. What about Synergy? Or does it require serious code changes?
The change to Synergy is on the list to look into, but whether or not it happens is not something I can comment on at this time.
Are there numbers on that head rune being in line with others, because that's not what we're getting on our end. Even in the same slot as Mogra.
Yeah, lots of Crusaders have an e8 to e10 head rune boost with a level 10 rune, which is what Kaala has as well.
Do you plan to release all 11th objective at the same time?
Yes, that's the plan. Otherwise we would have put them out piecewise instead of focusing of getting all the Tier 5 objectives released for the all the campaigns.
Is it possible to extend events with a few extra days? With challenges, dungeons and campaigns I can't finish them in time.
Crusaders is actually an anomaly when it comes to events. Most of the games I've been playing recently have events run from 3 to 7 days.
We aren't planning on changing the length of events at this point, and if we did change the length, we'd have to adjust the currency earned passively per day down to match the new length.
That said, the Christmas event will continue the tradition of having a couple extra days to complete it.
i have a question about Matt' Cryo Freeze, does it count partial stacks? if i do 2 runs, first to 6xp and second to 4xp do i get 2 stacks (hope, hope, hope fingers crossed) of Cryo Freeze?

Kaala Rigel is my new favorite fluffy crusader. I love the shades of blue and purple, especially the deep blue bamboo legendary. I love the moon and stars floating behind her and getting to sleep on a fluffy pillow atop a fluffy cloud (It's my childhood dream! lol). But color me surprised to see an angel tag on her instead of an animal tag!
We're actually Canadian, but a Happy Thanksgiving to all our American players. :D

I'll pass the Kaala art feedback to Kat. Given Kaala is a blue red panda floating on a cloud, and seat 36 needed an Angel tag, that's the tag that Kaala got.
Hey, are you going to remove the "beta" warning on the launch page of the game ? It's been there for years.
Maybe one day, maybe not. Depends on if we ever do another Steam build.
The game is a live service game though, so even with the removal of the Beta tag, there will still be updates, number changes and bugs (and bug fixes), until we put the game in maintenance mode.

I remember you promised three things:
1) that non-binary will also be counted among the tags that do not enhance synergy.
2) that non-binary will somehow interact with Victor's vampirism (possibly with the help of the fifth rune).
3) that you will arrange a sale of new skins, where "possibly" there will be an evil robo-Santa. That was a long time ago.
Is there any progress, or, as the Russian proverb says, "they wait for the promised three years"?

And as a followup, and I know you have said no, because it would generate more tickets.
But could we get the option to turn off all the number spam, nobody can read what it says anyway, and perhaps even the coins dropping
I would gladly pay 5k, 10k, 25k or 100k rubies for it, that way you could also make sure that only people who understand what they buy/use and can in effect slam them if they afterwards put in a ticket

Most of the tickets are just bugs. Only a handful of them tend to be game requests in a given week.
