Post

In last week’s Friday blog, it was announced that players who had participated in and/or completed the event, Bendy Girl and the Witch, would receive updated rewards via the Inbox. However, due to a technical issue (related to the event being over 3 years old), there will not be an Inbox message as we are instead resetting all historical progress in the event. This means that players that previously participated in and/or completed the event will be able to participate/complete it again in its entirety, including collecting all of the rewards.

The current version of the event will be removed and a new iteration will be created but the date it starts will not change. Subsequently, you will see that any previous progress has been reset.

Have fun powering-up your Ms. Marvel & Scarlet Witch and earning those updated rewards!

Greetings Commanders,

Sunfire (images on website)

Set to shine on the Unlimited X-Men team is the powerful Mutant, Sunfire. Alongside Gambit, Dazzler, Fantomex, and their Horseman leader Rogue, this team will be officially ready to tip the scales of judgment in your favor in the Cosmic Crucible game mode. Now, put on sunblock, and let’s meet the bright new teammate for the Unlimited X-Men…

Shiro Yoshida was born with a Mutant power that enables him to absorb solar radiation and convert it to plasma. Through this process, he can sheath his body in flames, fly, shoot blasts of plasma, and create a shield made of plasma. After his Mutant powers emerged, Shiro assumed the identity of Sunfire and originally engaged in villainous endeavors. He clashed with some of Earth's most powerful heroes, but he altered his views after seeing the good that the X-Men, Avengers, and other super heroes did for the world. As a hero, Sunfire became Japan's greatest...

I didn’t even realize there was 1k worth of emblem offers. I gotta ask. Why? It doesn’t seem the ROI is worth it.

Agreed. And it was a month long event. I thought it was fun.

I am of the opinion that if you buy every offer and complete every milestone and you still finish outside the top 50, there is something wrong. The blitz debacle definitely hurts the results. If that didn’t happen, there would only be one variable and that’s RNG. I think it’s safe to say that RNG after spending over a thousand dollars (my best guess) on this event is absolutely unacceptable. That’s mostly because the primary thing you were purchasing was emblems and not necessarily gear, gold or anything else.

Woah was it thousands?? I’m at 51k

Gotcha. And also why? The leaderboard top 50 spots don’t seem with a hundred(or multiple) + in value. Asking for science here. Genuinely curious

My wallet and time to see exactly what the leaderboard needs. It’s for science honestly

Interesting. How much $$ are you into this event?

I do not care about this personally. As I’ve said before, I have 89k points. I’m merely pointing out that several FTP players, and there are even some here, who can’t finish and it’s not for a lack of trying. If you don’t see that as a problem, then you simply do not understand.

How do you have 89k points

A minor correction: the Pride Inferno event ends on June 14th PDT, not the 15th.

ROLLIN' REBEL (images on website)

Grab your bell bottoms and catch Dazzler fever starting on June 1st at 5:00PM (PDT) with the next month-long milestone event: Rollin' Rebel. Just like with A-Force of Nature, Rollin' Rebel will consist of:

  • 3 Main Milestone Events
  • 4 Quick Rumble Blitz Milestones
  • 2 Alliance Milestones

Making progress in these 9 events will earn points toward Rollin' Rebel, which will be your shot to recruit the Unlimited X-Men's Mutant light show: Dazzler.

Event Schedule

Here's a rundown of the Rollin' Rebel events during June. Expect to see more information closer to the release dates of each event, so check back here each week for all the details. Dates listed below are in PDT (Pacific Daylight Time):

Main Milestone Events

  • Victory Blueprint: June 1 - 8
  • Pride Inferno: June 8...

The Enchanted Bloodline Milestone currently shows a total of 58,000 points necessary to complete milestone 20 but the intended number is 15,000 points. This will be corrected for the second and third reruns of the event. Compensation will be sent based on which milestone you would have achieved if the milestone had been the intended 15,000 points. For players who went above and beyond, some additional rewards will be sent to those that earned more than 15,000 points in the first run.
We appreciate that players raised concerns, so we could address this quickly. Good luck in the Sister Grimm event!

Edit: there now.

It should be in the carousel, I see it as the last card there.

There are two issues that occurred today that we would like to address tonight.

First, today at 5:00PM PDT, the Red Star featuring for Fantomex persisted past 5:00PM even though the banner art showed that it had ended. This was corrected within ~30 minutes. We will identify the players that redeemed orbs within that 30 minutes and send compensation in the near future.

Second, there was an offer on the Web Store that was unintentionally granting fully-crafted Superior Basic Catalysts. This offer was taken down while the team discussed the situation. Upon review, we will be returning the offer to the Web Store for a limited time to ensure that all players have the opportunity to purchase it, if they choose.

Thanks for your patience, and in case you missed it, be sure to check out ...
