Today there was an offer themed around Blue Ions that unintentionally went live before it was properly configured and was disabled after ~30 minutes. The text didn’t match the items shown in the banner and those items were not the intended quantities. However, as a number of players were already able to purchase the offer, we will be reactivating it shortly after we’re able to ensure that the text does not contradict the items that are shown in the banner.

There will still be a purchase limit of two, and any players that already met that limit before the offer was first disabled will not be able to purchase the offer again. We apologize for the confusion.

Data mines are always subject to change.

Edit: Looks to be up now. Thank you.

Not a good one - this is corrected.

Doctor Strange (Heartless) & Wong

Morgan Le Fay won't be the only sorcerer on the Darkhold team worthy of the Eye of Agamotto, as Doctor Strange (Heartless) and Wong will be joining the Legendary Apocalypse Horseman’s squad. As mentioned in last week's blog, the Darkhold team will be a powerful Arena force and today, you'll see how these two high profile spell-casters bolster their allies. First, let's ponder this question: What if Doctor Strange lost his heart instead of his hands?

Doctor Strange (Heartless)

After picking up his lover, Dr. Christine Palmer, for a dinner party, Doctor Stephen Strange's car was involved in a violent collision that resulted in Palmer being killed. Strange searched for answers to help him with his grief and eventually stumbled upon the Masters of the Mystic Arts, an order of sorcerers committed to protecting Earth from mystical threats. After learning their ways, Strange used the Eye of Agamotto to help sav...

There have been some questions in regard to an Inbox message sent today titled "Issue Resolved". This is compensation for the Dark Dimension 5 login calendar, where players at level 65+ were able to see the first-day rewards (was presented as though they claimed them) but they were not actually delivered to their inventories.

Thanks for confirming - I'll see what I can do

The game crashes all the time. Menus, blitz , war, raids, arena. You name it. It crashes. It's never ending. Stability should be the no1 priority. Because right now I can't play the game. And many others are the same.

Support is slow and useless. 5-7 days when it says within 24hrs. Today I was compensated 200 raid energy for crashes. That is the amount of energy I would lose in one day. That does not even come close to giving me back the energy I have lost in the week it took you to respond.

Lost raid energy from crashes doesn't even get counted towards the Alliance Infestation milestones.

What compensation will I get for that. I won't be holding my breath for anything amazing that's for sure
Because I probably won't be playing the game.

Which device are you playing on, please?

I appreciate this post and the update. The question is if your issue is recreating things on your end, why do you not have better crash reporting from the game to you guys so you can have all the data you need. This type of thing has been around for years. You have said we will get better crash reports when the game gives us anomaly detected, but why can’t we just opt in for this data to be push to you with more detail so we don’t need to send screenshots of what I’m guessing will be one line of text!

We do have systems that track crashes but it doesn't always have the level of detail to be a smoking gun. The bigger problems are the "soft locks" as they don't necessarily generate crash reports, which is why we need to reproduce them in-house. However, we do realize that we need better systems & tools for things like tracking crash reports, which is why we're growing the team by hiring people who specialize in this field.

Thank you for the response. My game has been stuck at 35% on the loading screen for the past 24hrs. I just wanted to put that out there.

Are you on an iOS device? If so, which one is it? Are you connecting through mobile data or wi-fi? Thanks in advance.

There have been a number of concerns regarding the stability of the game since version 5.10.0. While there have been two hotfix versions since then addressing some of the issues, the dev team wants to update you on a number of things they are currently working on to further improve game stability.

First, we need to fix the problem that a number of players have been having with the inability to connect to the game via mobile data and currently can only play via wi-fi. Our engineers have identified the problem and this is currently scheduled to be corrected in the next major release, version 6.0.0 in a couple of weeks.

Second, many players with devices that have 2GB of memory or lower have generally seen increased problems. The dev team is currently revisiting how the game handles a number of assets to lessen the strain on a device’s memory and thus will lead to fewer issues on the aforementioned devices. Again, we are targeting rolling these out in version 6.0.0.

Ah, I see that the iPhone 7 has 2GB but the plus version has 3GB. Either way, you should see performance improvements with our next major update.

Used to play without issues a while ago.

Any device with 2GB RAM or less is likely going to encounter some performance issues. We are in fact making some improvements to how the game handles memory (making an announcement on that soon) and you should see an improvement with version 6.0, but keep in mind that any 2GB device is still going to be at risk of issues.
