Hey OP - this is a bug. We have a fix in for Old Wounds and working on the SCAR.
This is fixed with the next update, sorry for the inconvenience in the mean time.
As a few have mentioned below, make sure Mara is your selected Operator.

Is the dev team aware of keybinds resetting every few games? Makes PC obnoxious to play unless you set your cfg to read-only and I've heard console players are having the problem too.
I've submitted a bug report on the topic but I haven't seen any sign that IW is aware of the problem.

Joe, you and everyone involved have created a game that I've enjoyed more than pretty much any other I can think of.
