The XBOX Series X/S freezes and stuttering issues are known and already being solved. A submission to XBOX has been made and when it gets approval a hotfix adressing the issue will be deployed to the platform! We expect a massive performance increase! We'll keep you informed!

I will presume you are on PC. Check if you have any kind of video playing in the new steam overlay browser, if you are maybe on a store page for the DLC that keeps looping. Was an issue for some. Let us know if that was the case or not. Cheers.

Online or against bots? We accidentally left the bot slider all the way to 64, which was not intended, it will be capped to 32 on the next patch. Players are a much lower load, and the game should run fine online with up to 64, just not in local play.

Yep, these seem to be exclusively on Xbox (maybe even Series), but we're tracking them down

We're working on redeploying the servers with a potential fix right now.

We are aware of the issue and are looking into it, there will be an announcement if it turns out to be a serious one.

Would you mind sharing on what platform/console gen you are on please.

Edit: after a server hotfix roughly 1 hour ago we do not have any more reports of chashes happening.

Hello everyone! I extend a warm welcome to the new members of the community that have beckoned from the Console spheres! The dawn of the Mordhau Console launch is upon us! The long wait is at an end! There are slight deviations to the timing of the official launch so we are providing you with exact timelines for each platform. The XBOX platforms have a fixed time for a worldwide release, the PlayStation platforms have a staggered release schedule as described below:

All XBOX releases will go live worldwide simultaneously on the 12th of July at 10AM UTC

All PlayStation releases will go live on the 12th of July at 12AM respective to your local time! In the UTC format:
ASIA/Japan on the 11th of July at 3PM UTC
EUROPE on the 11th of July at 11PM UTC
AMERICA on the 12th of July 4AM UTC for the East coast, 7AM UTC for the West coast

We'll see you on the battlefield and may your attacks be swift and merciless!

Awesome, good to know. Hopefully those slow downs are mainly from bot matches.

The bots on local are a lot more expensive than real players in terms of performance.

Keep in mind that the image shows the Gold edition witch includes all DLCs. The base game on consoles is 40$.

The Gold Edition on the Microsoft Store is now available. An error in the description that we changed last minute forced it back into certification that is why it had a slight delay in being listed. All sorted now.

The Sony preordering will have a bigger delay.

Also, any changes to riposte timings? I've noticed what is now a pretty longstanding issue where ripostes sometimes just don't come out because the window is so tight and you sometimes get f**ked out of them due to trigger travel on a controller.

At minimum I'd like to see options for these features, a slider for axial and radial deadzones and a slider for trigger deadzones like Chiv has. Controller support has improved a lot since I first started playing in 2020 but these two issues have really kept me away from playing more of Mordhau than Chiv.

The deadzone for aiming and moving will be possible to be adjusted respectively. The riposte timing will remain unchanged.
