Saludos, aventureros:

Las clasificaciones ya están disponibles y, ahora que hemos finalizado las pruebas internas y se ha lanzado la funcionalidad a gran escala, estamos detectando un problema del que os queríamos avisar.

Al visitar la clasificación de expediciones mutadas el sistema no accede a los datos del jugador, lo que hace que se muestre el símbolo de “cargando” en el nombre del jugador de forma indefinida. Una vez en este estado, esto afecta a todas las otras clasificaciones durante el resto de la sesión hasta que se vuelve a iniciar sesión.

Como una solución temporal, si no entráis en la tabla de clasificación de expediciones mutadas, podréis acceder al resto de clasificaciones sin problema. Estamos trabajando en una solución y la lanzaremos lo antes posible.

Leaderboards are live, and now that we’re out of internal testing and are at full scale, we are seeing a new issue we wanted to make everyone aware of.

Visiting the Mutated Expedition Leaderboards is causing the system to fail to fetch player data, resulting in infinite spinners in the player name field. Once in this state, it affects all other Leaderboards for the rest of the session until re-log.

As a temporary workaround, if you stay out of the Mutated Expedition board, you will be able to browse the rest of the Leaderboards without issue. We are working on a fix right now and will get it deployed as soon as possible.

To be fair, there was a bit of a slight internal delay in order to polish up things to a high quality bar. Thanks for the feedback on our latest update. Regarding the removal of chests from certain POIs in Brimstone, these were removed to in order to bring those solo chest runs gold-per-hour more in line with other routes and activities. Our goal is to keep an equitable balance across a variety of activities in New World, and make sure players don’t feel obligated to participate in a single slice of content or in-game activity. The aim is to rebalance more options for solo players across Aeternum.

Some of the context of the original report might be missing from this thread but have your friend reach out again to CS with any timestamps, screenshots or other relevant information they can provide, please.

Also just a reminder that this topic should have been opened in the Support section of the forums and that the community team cannot assist with in game moderation issues.

Quick update, you shouldn’t need to work with CS to get your character righted - just follow the in game prompts and you should be good to go. As @Delakron said, apologies for the delay in getting character back in shape :vulcan_salute:

Hey there!

Due to a character name conflict issue during the world merge process, the character was in a holding pattern. Unfortunately, @bohlvai your character had to be temporarily renamed in order to get it through the pipes again (if you will). You’ll have to work with CS to get your name fixed up, and the CS manager has been briefed on the situation.

We will be looking into mitigations to prevent this situation from occurring again in the future and what went wrong/how best to internally escalate these types of situations for timely resolutions.

Our sincerest apology for the significant inconvenience (and the scare that your character was gone), although I’m happy that we were ultimately able to get you reunited with your hard work again.

I think your feedback and frustration on how long it’s been is totally fair. Going through CS was the proper way to get started and unfortunately there’s nothing we can do to go back in time and undo the experience you’ve had but at the risk of sounding cliched, we can aim to do better next time. For the community team, we don’t have a ton of insight into some issues but we can escalate. Apologies if my original response seemed short or dismissive of your issue because of that.
