We have held events on Live and we plan on continuing events on Live once the Summer Release is out. However, they’ll be more tame - we don’t want to crash the server and cause issues that can affect progress or activities in progress.

I’m following up with you on this one and am sorry to read you are still stuck. The last bit of information I found that may help while waiting on your ticket stated a player with the same issue got teleported by being added into multiple war events in other locations, therefore when the character was needed for the war it was “pulled away”. Maybe worth giving this one a shot if you can somehow get signed up for other war events elsewhere.
Also, for the previous troubleshooting step it was necessary to have a new character created from scratch. and simply playing it past the intro phase.
I’ll keep an eye out on this one in case you manage a work around before the ticket resolution comes in.
