Thank you for the reports about the missing Twitch drops. To correct this, we’ve changed the currently active drop to give you 2 chests, as if you had redeemed two drops.
If you are unable to watch this event, we are working on a solution to provide the second drop at a later date. We’ll update you once that process is established.

Gracias por vuestros avisos sobre el problema con los Drops de Twitch. Para corregirlo hemos cambiado el drop actual para daros 2 cofres, como si hubierais reclamado dos drops.
Si no podéis ver este evento, estamos trabajando en una solución para entregar el segundo drop en otra fecha. Os mantendremos al tanto una vez que establezcamos este proceso.

Did this happen the first time you joined a match today? Or was it in subsequent matches that the kick happened?

While we work on fixing this issue, we are temporarily removing the kick penalties for the following Game Modes:

Thanks for calling this out. “Earning XP while flagged” in the tooltip actually refers to the Azoth Salt reward the player receives for every 10k character XP they earn while flagged. The player will qualify for this even if they are level 60 and XP earned while gathering, as long as it isn’t while in Sanctuary, will count. That said, getting a Salt boost doesn’t technically increase your progress on the track so we will consider re-wording this.
Hey all, thanks for your feedback! We know you were excited to play the Mutated version of The Depths, which was added to the Mutators rotation in this last update. Rotations of Mutators happen on Tuesday. I have checked with the team and they have informed me that The Depths is currently slated to be the next Mutator in the rotation, so not too much longer before it is available!
We’re aware the second Combatant Supply Chest hasn’t been sent out yet and are working to provide it.
I believe that’s a seperate issue. I would post that in our Game Support section so that Customer Service can look into it for you!
Hello! We have a fix incoming for the issue with Charged Shot in the next patch as long as there’s no issues in testing.
Thank you for confirming! We’re seeing several reports of this and it seems everyone reporting an issue with trophies/crafting is also having an issue with achievements. We’re actively looking into it!
