Just to confirm, are you able to notice the actual healing dropping off, or just the icon on the bottom of your screen? I know you mentioned that you’re not recovering health properly, but just wanted to triple-check it’s not an assumption based on the UI disappearing.

As previously mentioned, no one on the forums has the ability to assist with in-game moderation actions, only the Game Moderation team can.
I’ve forwarded this to the GM team but as moderation discussions can only happen between the involved player and that team, I’ll be closing this thread. Thanks for your understanding.

While we don’t have any specific updates at this time, I can say that we are actively evaluating the Hatchet Throwing Tree based on feedback. 
I do not forsee any future plans to go back and adjust existing Old Amulets at this time.

Hello! You can currently type in Area and Help. 72 (not in-game) hours after you’ve started playing, new player restrictions will be lifted and you should be able to chat freely! 
This is by design and you should now see Clumps of Withering Briar in your inventory. Thrashing Vines is not intended to drop and is being removed from the game in an upcoming patch. All existing Thrashing Vines will currently convert to Clumps of Withering Briar.
Uh oh! We had a fix in for this in March, but it looks like we missed something. We’ll dig back into it!
I can confirm, this is just a visual bug and should not impact gameplay.
