This should only work with Great Axe and when it’s the active item (not sheathed).

We are still investigating the loading screen bug issue; therefore, the PTR will undergo a brief server restart at 2022-05-10T00:00:00Z to temporarily disable the Game Mode Leaver Penalty.
This implementation will take approximately 15 minutes.

This is a known issue and a fix is in the works!
Read moreIf you have ever deleted a character in the region you want to merge to before Feb 11 2022, you will likely not be able to merge into that same region you deleted that character in. This is a known issue we’re working to address in a future update.
