Read morePlease note that this list is not all encompassing and is intended as an early look into a number of changes included within the most recent PTR build. This change list will be regularly updated, up through retail release of the game version.
Leaderboard rewards might change in the future. There is an ongoing internal effort to evaluate Leaderboards and their rewards but unfortunately I don’t have any updates on the current set of rewards or lack thereof. We’ve been passing rewards feedback on and will be happy to share yours as well.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion! This is something that would be super fun for the community and is on our wishlist of events to do. If we’re able to do this design contest we’ll make sure a forum notice is posted inviting everyone to participate! 
It will potentially be a couple more weeks for us to send out the PTR title. We’re working on expediting that in the future, but for the meantime it’ll be a little bit before these are granted.
As for the Leaderboard skin, we’re actively working on getting this resolved.
