We are aware there are other skilling methods that provide xp rates above what is polled. Each will be considered on a case by case basis and addressed in the coming weeks.

3-ticking is a method of training we don't intend to change.

We have a PvP blog in the works after the recent player invitations at the moment. No ETA right now (I'm not the one working on it and don't want to promise a time/date for someone else) but it shouldn't be too long away.
I'm also aware of meetings currently taking place (one this Friday) about planning some PvP changes into the schedule! things are happening - hopefully the blog will bring more of it to light for everyone to see.

As stated, this change is mainly due to the fact that we polled rates we believe we didn't stick to nor were fairly shown.
Lavas and running were always able to be done and that is something we are fine with for the time being.
I don’t believe jagex should be limiting player interaction because of high exp rates for certain skills.
You can still interact with other players at other altars for high xp rates, including lavas.
This change is solely for the ZMI.
Are you going to address the xp rate discrepancy with Swimming as well?

You will still be able to trade players in the area - just not essence.
