How will the quest's death mechanics work for Hardcore Ironmen?

It just says that the 4th wipe will mean death for the party, does this mean that a HCIM can die up to 4 times within that encounter or will the first death kill him like in Normal mode? Considering it's Story mode I hope it's the former.

Basically, within Story Mode, you'll have 3 lives that will be a safe death and you'll respawn within the Raid and try again, but if you die a 4th time, it will count as normal death. I hope that helps!

Currently, A Night at the Theatre will be quest 149 (if it passes) and A Kingdom Divided will be quest 150. The quest originally planned for quest 150 will still go ahead but it's been pushed back to allow us to focus on other areas.

We made some changes based on feedback regarding the fight being annoying when you don't have someone immediately to fight...but if these are the wrong changes, we are more than happy to make further tweaks.

We decided we'll monitor this feedback over the next coming days and see if players like it or not. So perhaps we could organise a quick Discord group chat to discuss feedback with you, the LMS Community?

My Discord name is Mod Light#1353 - so if you (LMS Community) shoot me a quick message there we can hopefully discuss and change the spawn locations if you all prefer it that way. :) Let me know!

Hey guys, very sorry for the confusing wording of the Blog. I've spoken to Mod Husky and we've tweaked the explanation a bit. Let me know what you think, and shout if you have any questions:

'We can also allow pending damage on the Vanguards at the moment they transition to instead carry through even if they are transitioning, so you can kill them faster. If this change is implemented, the damage will occur once the transition finishes (similar to pending damage on Zulrah). Be careful though, as this pending damage can still trigger a reset once the transition is over!'

The way we're proposing it is that you use the potion > whirlpool > tentacles and Kraken wakes up > goodmorning tentacles and Kraken :)

Players will need to click twice though for this process it won't be a 1 click process. Hopefully makes sense and happy Kraken hunting!

Point noted, the image demonstrating the padlock sprites are still WIP so we're open to tweaking them as you prefer. Mod West is looking at ways we can adjust their design to make the spells more recogniseable. In general though, do you like the idea of them?

Aswell as guaranteed scavenger drops (CM only), this would save the bigger teams who like to prep time, and allow them to join in the fun content (the rooms) anyone who kills scavs will often miss ice/shamans due to scavengers not dropping the correct secondaries. (just feels like a pointless rng fest killing scavs for 2-5 minutes when 10 kills could sort a whole mass team out.

Thank you so much for the feedback! :) In regards to your first point, we considered this suggestion as part of Poll 75, but we decided not to poll it since an axe isn't necessary to complete the room. For the Guardians room you do need a pickaxe and the same goes for a Hammer in the Crabs room so we felt that we were more on board with those ones. We are open to reconsidering our stance in the future though if more players want this, but this is just a response to explain our line of thinking.
