If you’re going to buff the blade, buff rapier too then.

Other suggestion: make the blade speed 5 (long sword) with a higher str bonus at the cost of some speed. That way it’ll fill it’s niche use in a different way that isn’t an exact rapier clone. It’ll be slower but hit higher and be somewhat similar dps if you plug the numbers in right.

The main change I was personally thinking was to make it 50 charges per shard, but I understand your feedback. We won't be making any changes to the Ghrazi rapier alongside any changes though.

I did, and a few others on the OldSchool team did as well. Agile, Witchdoctor mask, Inferno adze and a max cape were the real Gs.

We actually discussed adding this as a potential reward from the Prifddinas agility course, however with graceful being in the game already it was somewhat difficult to find it a niche. It could potentially come in the future if it had good enough reason to.

Ever since initially pitching aerial fishing I wondered when I'd see someone do this. Congrats!

I've briefly spoken with the others about this subject, and I'd honestly expect to see a poll question soon about increasing the number of charges per shard on the blade. I'm unsure yet about whether or not we'd change the max charges that is is able to store, that would still require further discussion, just know that we're monitoring everything that was released with Prifddinas and if we feel a change needs to be made based on feedback, we'll poll it.

Anyways. Recolours, petscape, and these newschool fashionscape changes..is that really what people want to see?

Sometimes something prestigious to flex that has no real impact on gameplay other than being a cosmetic is a nice thing for people to grind for in a game, and it's one of the main things I enjoy going for so there's probably other people out there with the same mindset.

The gold was added to fit Zalcano's theme more.

This is great! I imagine that this is quite a bit larger than a standard horror? Perhaps the mask it drops could be a shield...

Hey, /u/Mod_West !

My last image was too large for Reddit, so I had to break it down into smaller concept images and add it to an imgur album. I made some changes to this previous idea I had. I am mostly concerned with your opinion regarding Hunter Marks, the Trapper's Chest, and Rare Beast Encounters--three new features that give incentive to train the Hunter Skill.

If you have a minute, please give it a read!

This is great! We haven't officially started work on Varlamore ( we have other projects we want to get to first) but I'll certainly keep this post saved for when we get properly into it (: There's some great ideas here that will certainly be viable for a guild! Great job putting this all together.

1: My assumption is that more P-mods will help to lower the amount of scammers, advertising bots or dicing bots or "very toxic players". I understand that a temporary mute won't delete the guys from the servers, but making them unable to chat lowers the casualties I guess. What are your thoughts about this? Are there any pros and cons I'm unaware of on a higher amount of P-mods in the game?

2: The wiki page about P-mods states there are about 1600 P-mods in OSRS. Are they all active players? My first thought would be: no, because I rarely see a P-mod in the game and I'm a very frequent player. I do understand not every P-mod is an active talker every time he/she is online. But the amount of times I see 'bad people' in the game not getting muted or whatsoever gives me the feeling there are not enough people with the ability to combat the 'bad people'.

3: How does one apply to become a P-mod or is it only possible to be chosen ...

1. The impact is probably less than you might think, because those accounts have a vested interest in retaining a presence in game, as soon as an account is muted it will be replaced - so it adds a few seconds of inconvenience, but it wouldn't help on a larger scale.

2. There are about 1,600 in total across both games, about half in each (actually slightly more in OS and a few accounts who play both of course). They are all active in terms of logging in within the past few months, but as we don't place any sort of minimum activity requirement it will vary across the team from daily players through to those who only play a few times a month or so. Bear in mind P Mods will be from a wide range of countries as well, if you always play in the evening for example, you are unlikely to see a P Mod who also plays in the evening but in a very different time zone.

3. P Mods are selected by Jagex. We start with a randomly selected group of about 1,000 accounts that meet crit...

Thanks for the tips,

would you recommend LastPass or KeePass, or is there no real difference between them? I was about to add it as an extension to my Chrome browser, but i'm skeptical about giving all my information to this extension. From my understanding, it stores all your passwords and encrypts them so that if your computer is ratted, your saved passwords are atleast safe from hackers?

But what about the developer of this extension? Or am I being too silly here. Which one do you use?

I don't know enough about KeePass, but LastPass seems to be safe. Of course, you're always trusting the developers of LastPass to not be shady, right? But that happens with everything. You trust your bank to not be shady, your email, facebook etc. There is a line that you can't go any further than that.

So for now I'd vouch for LastPass. Its last breach was, AFAIK, in 2015, and you were safe since (quote) "your passwords are salted, hashed and stretched, and only ever stored in that scrambled, irreversible form".

I use LastPass, have been using it for years, and didn't have any problems with it ever. And it's nice to not feel the "fear" of a hack!
