Starrock i have a secondary question, since i loaded my save in act 5 and wish to begin the midnight isle where would i go to begin or have i missed the boat?
An event in your throne room should proc somewhere during the act. You'll be able to run the whole thing at once, don't worry.
Ok thanks. I don't want to offend you but after the Kingmaker release desaster it's maybe somewhat understandable. Hope than the patch will arrived soon.
No worries, I understand the caution after KM release. It was pretty turbulent in itself, and we were quickly forced to end the update cycle. Luckily, the reason that prevented us from continuing work on the first game, isn't even remotely relevant with Wrath, and we will be updating it for as long as it is neccessary to provide a stable and enjoyable experience.
What about controller support for pc?

What's with the Xbox Day One patch? Just missing? The game is officially released everywhere, but no patch for us...
Also why are the issues I uploaded two videos yesterday are still there in the updated PS version? I deleted that thread because I don't want that people cancel their preorder, but now it looks like the videos are indeed the actual state of the game.

Still waiting for the Xbox patch to be deployed, there seems to be a delay.
Invisible walls should not be appearing in an updated game. If they are, most likely the game isn't properly updated. Reports from multiple users confirm that the walls aren't there. If it's for some reason still appearing on a certain console type, we'll investigate it.

Is there any plan to improve system performance? That was always the biggest barrier for WotR and KM.
This patch brings an array of performance improvements. I've seen some pretty optimistic tests, so take a look at what we've done with it and come back to tell your impression!
Yea unfortunately it installed the 1.02 a couple hours ago but the issue is there.
Which platform are you on and did you try reinstalling the game or launching a new game if you created your character before the patch? Because this bug is supposed to be fixed with the patch, and I see reports from people confirming it is.

Yea I’ve just restarted the PS5, reloaded the save and it’s still very much a problem. Can barely walk around the festival.
Checked PC footage an no obstacles are there, so very strange.
Shadows also pop in and out. Seems like the day one patch has not solved what it was expected to.
This bug is supposed to be fixed in 1.02. Please try reinstalling the game and/or starting a new playthrough.
Will there be a ps5 version?
Seeing as this was a pc game first, with scalable graphics settings it seems strange that over 2 years into the the ps5s lifespan your releasing now only focusing last gen.
We'll be reviewing this option after we're through the initial launch and first day patches.

Start playing from the moment of choosing Legend, you'll have an event pop up eventually.

Just to confirm, do the quality of life changes include the theoretical ability to help heavy armor characters with the AC discrepancy? I recall that being brought up in the AMA, but I wasn't sure if it was actually confirmed coming right now.
It's not a part of these updates, but it's expected to be addressed soon. Assassin and his poisons should receive some love too.

When they say Armor Reforging, what does that mean?

I can't manually level up my companions because when I try (after the game asks me if I want to continue because it'll cancel auto-level up) it freezes, I can't go back or "next" in the level up menu.
Investigating, thank you. As a workaround, try temporarily changing difficulty level to a higher one.
Thanks for replying - didn't work. All my main campaign saves are fine at least. I was just hoping there was a to save the DLC progress because the forced restarts are a pain.
Please file in a bug report via ALT+B and PM me a screenshot of the window with bugreport text before sending it. This isn't normal and will require investigation.
