The Happy Travelers Shirt obtained from Jeocot in Act 4 does not work correctly on Xbox Series X. The base speed does not increase as it states in description. It does seem to apply once combat has started but it does not state that this is a requirement on the item description. It literally just states it increases the wearers base speed by 10 feet. Which it does not unless in combat.

Playing the ps4 version on ps5. There is an issue with several mobs not spawning at the shrine of pulura in connection with the twenty one ceremonial daggers quest - as a result four of the daggers are not obtainable. The quest has significant rewards, is tied to a mythic quest and you are easily locked out of it by progressing too far with no possibility of completing it later - very annoying.

When can we get fixes for:
1) Cavalier's Mighty Charge ability forcing you to bull rush (I DON'T want to do that every time I charge!) and receive automatic AOOs?
2) Radiance's dispel always uses CL1? It is supposed to use character level.
Please fix these issues.
