Get your flares and dynamite ready, it's almost time to go down into the darkness in our upcoming Endless Delve event! In Endless Delve, you will begin the event in the Mine Encampment and cannot leave the Mine. All you can do is Delve. All sulphite costs have been removed, and the Mine scales from level 1 instead of its usual scaling.

Endless Delve starts on all platforms at 12pm November 14th (PST). It will end at 12pm November 21st (PST).

In this iteration of the Endless Delve event, winners will be based on players that reach depth 600 first, rather than the deepest depth at the end of the event. Tons of prizes are up for grabs, including a guaranteed Kalandra Mystery Box for reaching level 50!
Please note: You are limited to two guaranteed Kalandra Mystery Boxes across all events, i.e. if you've already gotten your Mystery Box in Mayhem, you can only get one more Mystery Box between Endless Delve or Delirium Everywhere. Also, if this is your second Kalandr... Read more

News about our upcoming 3.20 expansion is imminent! In the next couple of weeks, we'll be revealing the expansion's name, launch date, announcement date and we'll post five balance manifestos, each of which cover various topics.

Starting early next week, we'll be starting to post each balance manifesto one by one, usually with at least a day between each manifesto to make time for processing the information that's shared. Each manifesto will cover one topic in depth to provide insight into our thoughts and reasoning behind each change.

To give you an idea of what to expect, we're planning to cover these topics:

As soon as the Kalandra League ends, both the Lake of Kalandra Supporter Packs and the current Kirac's Vault Pass will permanently leave the store. Be sure to pick them up before they make way for their next series!

When the Kalandra League ends in a few weeks, the current items available in Kirac's Vault Pass will be sealed away forever and replaced with new, exclusive cosmetic effects alongside the launch of our next expansion. The cosmetics in the pass for consoles will be replaced alongside our next expansion's console launch. Yesterday we {LINK REMOVED}announced Ruthless, a new way for players to make their journey through Wraeclast even more challenging. The community has had a lot of questions about Ruthless, so today we've gathered the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.


Some gameplay situations become very difficult without the ability to use movement skills, such as Grasping Vines. Is this something that is being taken into consideration or is this part of the challenge?
It's something we'll take in consideration. The way we're looking at it is if a mechanic is impossible without being able to teleport away, it should be changed for both Ruthless and the core game.

Ruthless (previously codenamed "Hard Mode") is an additional character creation flag alongside Hardcore and Solo Self-Found that allows you to opt-in to extreme item scarcity and various other changes. This article explains some of the major changes, the release timeline, and how you can sign up for Alpha testing if you're interested.

This article is not a set of patch notes. Only significant changes are described, but without numerical detail. There are a lot of other small changes that aren't covered here, but this article should give you a decent overall impression of Ruthless.

What Ruthless is not Ruthless is not for everyone. If you don't like the sound of it, then it's probably best you continue playing the regular Path of Exile modes. It's like Hardcore or Solo Self-found. Some players really enjoy the additional constraints as a way of enhancing their game experience. Many players do not, and that's okay.
