How is it that you first find out when something like this goes wrong? I wonder in what way are you alerted. Does some poor sod on call get a text alert and have to ring up everyone.

Our monitoring system sends the on-call system admin an alert when a service failure is detected.

Me and a bunch of my fellow GGG devs went on an RPG adventure in the latest @FrontSeatCast! I played a stealth-based character called Rick Troll, that hated when people didn’t pay attention to him. We got way out of control and had a blast!
