I suspect mobs were killed too fast and didn't trigger the doors.
I used Caustic Arrow with Ballista Support spaced out in the area, and they were killing the mobs ass soon as they came out of the gates.

Thanks for your reports.

We're looking into this but if you could also provide us with a screenshot of your Atlas that would help a lot.

Thanks for your report, we're looking into this.

Comment

Thanks, I've passed this report on. Sorry about the hassle.

Comment

Deferred items won't necessarily show up in the next area. It may take a few areas before you see it again.

Comment

Servers are split into shards so it sounds like you were on separate shards while being on the same server. The queue is based on the shard.

Comment

The number of zones it takes for a deferred item to reappear is random and based on how rare the item is. For some items, it's low like 3 zones, and for others it's higher.

It has some other implications that we need to consider but this is definitely part of the ongoing discussion we're having about this.

We are still investigating the cause so your best bet is to stay in the queue for now.

Comment

We are still investigating the cause of this but they are definitely moving slower than is acceptable.

Comment

It's not a server issue. Having said that, this is an unacceptable situation. We are still investigating the cause of the queues clearing so slowly so that we can prevent this from happening again.

Comment

Thanks for the report. We will get this resolved.

It's absolutely not acceptable. We're really sorry about the delay, we understand it completely hampers the experience of getting to play. We're investigating what happened so we can make sure it doesn't happen again.
