Interesting, you should be getting at least two rituals in areas (depending on the level it can be more). This indicates it is failing to spawn them which we will investigate. I will discuss with the team in regards to not being able to afford items even after doing all the encounters.

Could you please try running the correct contracts again?
If Heist NPCs still aren't being introduced please mention which NPC you brought along and what level the Contract was.

To clarify, it shows people as offline. Your ability to trade isn’t explicitly disabled.

This has been temporarily disabled for a number of people as a result of our database issues we outlined earlier today. I don’t have any more information at the moment so I’m unable to clarify what to expect in terms of timelines for resolving that.
