Hello! I bought the game on sale, I wanted to try to play through Geforce Now, but when I start, I am asked for the activation key of the game.
I don't have any other accounts, I don't have a key either

Hey @kam0n4ik ,

Have you signed into Ubisoft Connect via Geforce Now when prompted too?

If so, could you please try disconnecting Ubisoft Connect from Geforce Now and retry the game, you should be prompted to sign in again.

Should that not help at all, could you please give these steps a try;

  1. Launch the game
  2. When the 'Enter Key' box appears, click 'Ubisoft Support' to open a browser window
  3. Enter uplay://open into the address bar and wait until a 'open application' popup appears
  4. Now close the 'Enter Key' window in the background
  5. Click 'Open Application', select Rainbow Six: Siege and it should then launch

Please let us know how you get on!

Hello @icosphere_007 thank you for your post.

Are you running into this issue every day when you try to launch AC2 through GeForce Now?

Nvidia may sometimes run maintenances on games on their own GeForce Now service, that are completely independent of any Ubisoft maintenances. This may prevent you from launching the game via GFN at this time.

Once Nvidia have completed their maintenances, the game should be available again on their service. You can check the Geforce Now server status for any issues with particular games and regions here >> https://status.geforcenow.com/: (https://status.geforcenow.com)

If you are unable to launch the game, and there are no issues reported on the link above, can you let us know what platform you bought the game from > Ubisoft Store, Epic Games, Steam or another vendor? This will allow us to report this for investigation.

The best thing to do is to get in touch with Geforce Now Support.

Unfortunately, CCP cannot provide support for third-party service provider issues.

Thank you for flagging this issue. We are aware of it and are actively working with GeForce Now to get the issue resolved.
