Hey everyone,

I just wanted to make everyone aware of where we are currently at with our next updates.

The VR Overhaul update will be out very soon, likely end of next week if testing keeps going well. We have had to do this update to upgrade the VR functionality and compatibility with the latest technology and standards as the current implementation was designed around VR back in 2017 making it very limited in what it can do, especially with newer headsets and controllers. This has taken a lot of time as we have had to almost completely start over with the VR implementation.

With the VR update we can now upgrade to the latest versions of Unity which will mean we can add a lot new features into Phasmophobia for all players, especially significant graphical and performance updates. These features are necessary for updates such as Horror 2.0.

Hey, there are several bugs at the moment making this happen. We have fixed them and they will be including in the next patch which should hopefully be this week.

Since it is such as big change it will take longer to do than other updates and it also requires a lot of testing. We will be inviting more VR players into the QA beta for this however it's impossible to give a date for anything at the moment.

Unity being weird and this is causing some major issues for many. Hope this helps!

To fix the crash please go into your game install folder and delete the "imgui.ini" file

Hey, turn on vsync to cap your fps to fix this

Watch Psycho's video. You can easily outrun ghosts unless they can see you for a long period.

Hi! Phasmophobia stores its save data in the following folder by default:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Kinetic Games\Phasmophobia

Are you able to buy the default items such as a flashlight or video camera? Also what level are you?

I'm having the same issue - people in-game can't hear me, but the game itself can.

Hey there, thanks for the fast response!
I've tried it with push to talk on and it seemed to work, then turning it off again with people still being able to hear me.
Weird thing is, both the Ouija board and Spirit Box barely detect my voice now.
