I suspect an ML-evolved AI would be terrifying.

I was told that it was never going to "go anywhere". It was just a curiosity for researchers.

Originally posted by AgentSte: When playing with Diplomacy, I have found that you can use Cloak to Infiltrate a city which you are currently sieging but have not yet claimed. This means that, by sitting on the city and sieging it indefinitely, one can spend every turn creating Cloaks on a nearby city, moving them over to the city under siege and turning them into 3 daggers.

Since daggers are independent (do not contribute to a city's population cap), this means that you can create an unlimited number of daggers to fill the map and swarm the enemy.

I really like the Cloak and Dagger units, but this seems to exploit a loophole in the mechanic in a way which is not faithful to the intended design. I'd suggest not being able to Infiltrate when sieging a city and/or not being able to Infiltrate the same city more than once
This is a bug, and we plan to fix it. :)

Awesome update, thanks for all the hard work!

"Team Games" have been on our todo list for a long time now, and this is a step towards that

The Moon may be special to most Polytopians, but it's the Ai-Mo who have a special respect for the Sun. Unlike other tribes, the Ai-Moyan calendar is based on the Sun, which is tracked and revered by a prestigious sect of astronomers, cosmologists, and priests known as the "Sun Speakers".

Hello Polytopians,

It's the Ai-Mo Tribe Moon, a whole month dedicated to celebrating the Ai-Mo, our favorite meditating monks!

Not enough Ai-Mo in your life? We're having discounts on all Ai-Mo merchandise at https://shop.midjiwan.com until February 28th!

Now, tell us what you think about the Ai-Mo in the comments!

P.S. Thanks for the art, u/Random-Person-45!

Doesn't mean it's not still a joke, though.

We want ideal Polytopia to involve an interplay of both land and water, we just need to improve water first.

Building a Port is expensive, though, and having to start that way would doom you for the rest of the game. I think that even in water world, there should always be at least a few land tiles in the capital. But I suppose the official response is that water world is "just a joke." :(

To be fair, it is, kinda like Drylands.

Huh, you can't even move your Warrior out to train a Amphibian. u/Zoythrus thoughts? I'm not sure this is a fair spawn.

Build a port?

Also, this shouldn't happen except on a WaterWorld, iirc

A bug. We're trying to fix it.
