Hey, all of this sounds highly irregular, especially the input issues. What's your PC specs? It sounds like your system might not be strong enough to run the game?

Hi, sorry to hear about the crash, could you send us your error log so that we can take a look at the issue and fix it? It can be found in C:/Users//AppData/Local/Temp/Blue Meridian/Prehistoric Kingdom/Crashes

Hey, for now you should easily be able to upload the save file anywhere you deem accessible! The saves are located in C:/Users//Saved Games/Prehistoric Kingdom/Saves.

In the future we want to integrate Steam Cloud Saves so that this shouldn't be an issue in the first place. :)

Welcome, Park Managers!

We’ve been working around the clock to fix some of the main issues regarding performance, and while that’s going to be an ongoing task for us, we’ve located some of the main hotspots regarding high memory usage. This performance improvement update targets some of them by integrating more efficient engine memory utilization, substantially reducing RAM and VRAM across the board. This is going to be especially notable on low end machines, as we hope the game’s going to be less prone to crashing and generally easier to load up.

These are not going to be the last of our efforts on that front, as we’ve still got some further room for memory optimization going forward, as well as some more memory leaks to completely iron out (at the moment most notable by loading in and out of main menu repeatedly).

The good news doesn’t end here! We’ve been religiously testing all of our rendering systems, and were finally able to consistently pin-point the... Read more

Hello! When scaling items, you need to make sure all pieces in a group are selected.

>"Edit Group"
>CTRL + A to select all pieces in the group
>Toggle Advanced Editing
>Scaling Edit should be available

Hope this helps!

Not yet! But you can hide the UI & then change the camera height using Q + E
Then hold CTRL while moving to pan slower.
Or hold Shift while moving to pan faster.

^^ also really cool to do if you are recording footage!

Hello! You need to make sure that each piece in the group is selected, and then scale them all up (or down) together.

>Select "Edit Group".
>Choose "Toggle Advanced Editing".
>Ctrl + A to select every piece/structure in a group.
>Choose Scaling Edit.

Hope this helps!

Hello! To add creatures in the Mini-Aviary:

>Click on the exhibit and the Info Box will appear.
>In the List Tab, make sure you click on the aviary habitat you want (because you can group mini-exhibits together)
>You will see the options to breed either Microraptors or Archaeopteryx!

Hope this helps!

Hello! Thanks for your feedback! We've heard similar issues with saves from other players. We've taken note, and will hopefully resolve the saves incorrect loading in one of the next updates!

Hello! Thanks for your feedback! That's very strange. I'll take note so we can look into player saves and why there have been some incorrect saves loading.

Thanks for your feedback! We'll look into setting a max limit so that guests don't overflow parks! For now, guests only have basic AI and animations, and in future updates they'll interact with buildings and react when observing animals.

Hi, sadly this bug slipped past our testing in the last hotfix patch, but has since then been fixed and will be patched out in the next update! :)
