Thanks for the additional info guys. We are sharing and collecting all of the information we can find with the devs who have been actively looking into these issues for several weeks now. Unfortunately the team has not been able to find an issue causing the crashes that some of you are experiencing.

We've also been sending the crash reports as well as sentiment that the issue is caused by wellbia and were told that this is not the case. If you are seeing crashing issues that show certain anticheat files in the event viewer, it is likely that some of your windows/system files are corrupt, as seen from this example, and you should do DISM & SFC to repair / restore missing and broken files.

Update 16.2 brought changes to item spawns on Erangel & Miramar in the normal gamemode.

How do you feel this has impacted the healing item spawns?

Hey sir, heres the info from the original event announcement:

Bawker Helmet will be distributed to eligible accounts as stated below: PC: Granted starting from April 13 (after Live Server update) to the latest by April 22, 10 AM UTC.

Console (Xbox, PlayStation, Stadia): Granted starting from April 21 (after Live Server update) to the latest by April 29, 10 AM UTC.

Temporary G-Coin will always get used up first. There isn't a way to check how many are left to expire other than doing the math yourself based on your recent item purchases from the store im affraid.
