I've been trying to install rainbow via xbox, and when i click install sends me here and i try to link my microsoft account but I cant. I have another ubisoft account, but it's already linked to an xbox account so I made this one. For some reason, even though im 100% sure i have not linked it to another account, it refuses to link to this account and I can't link it, so I can't play rainbow and im super frustrated with how intricate this is for no reason whatsoever.

I understand that you have two different Ubisoft accounts, and you would like to re-link your Xbox account. I want to assure you that this is something we will gladly take a closer look into from our end. Could you please reach out through our support website and create a case from the Ubisoft account linked with the Xbox account? We will then look further into unlinking that account for you so that you can re-link your Xbox to a different Ubisoft account.
