I want to do a small shoutout to my newfound battle buddy - u/NinJusticeV. We just had our first private co-op together tonight. And even though it was just 3 hours together, I've learned a few more things from him and we also discovered that we worked perfectly well together. I think by far, we probably have about a 90-95% success rate. The only time he/I went down was at the start when we were just starting out. And at the end, due to some unforeseen network issues.

But man, it is so awesome! I'm so glad I've managed to capture our session together (I was live-streaming most of it), and this is the kind of "idealized" co-op experience I've been trying to advocate across multiple co-op typed games ie The Division 2, Back 4 Blood for example.

We're both in the SEA (I'm from Singapore) region, and yes, we communicated via Discord to coordinate our tactical options and we communicated via voice chat at every turn. It was perfect. I've started a clan for us, and we have one more open slot. If you are keen, just reach out.

Clan name: L.N.M.B (means Leave No Man Behind)

I'll pick some highlights from the live stream on Monday. This weekend I need to focus on a project and got some other important life-related matters to deal with (thinking about it makes me anxious again...sighss..).

I hope you guys can find the right people to partner/group with. It's totally worth it! Completing our levels together was so fulfilling!

Brutal but Satisfying beyond Words

The general consensus among this community so far has been that the game is incredibly brutal. Brutal in the sense that one wrong move and your operator is MIA-ed. And it's true. But it also makes the game (gamer - you and me) more invested, and want to get it right even more. And I shared this as a reply to another post. When you work with someone and you succeed and clear the different subzones, it brings so so much satisfaction aka a sense of achievement. Great way to releasing more dopamine if you know what I mean.
