Hello there,

as someone has already posted on the Gamepass sub (https://www.reddit.com/r/XboxGamePass/comments/saq393/rainbow_six_extraction_greyed_out_on_ubisoft/) several people are not able to play Extraction anymore since Gamepass ended and got renewed. The game is greyed out in Connect. Well, Ubisoft has an FAQ what to do here, it says contact the Support. I and some others did this, over a week ago. Ubisoft is not even answering on the tickets, just staying silent.

Any ideas? Anyone from Ubisoft can help on this? This is getting really frustrating.

I can’t comment on your individual case as Ubisoft Support is out of my remit as a member of the Community team.

If you submitted a ticket I would advise perhaps trying to also contact Support through Twitter or Facebook as it can sometimes be faster.

In any case it won’t be that you are being ignored or forgotten about, some things that might seem like an easy quick fix are in reality not that at all.

This is further complicated when you have 2 separate accounts from 2 separate companies involved and consider that this is the first time a Ubisoft game is on Gamepass Day 1.
